The Customer Agrees To Be Bound By The Terms And Conditions Of The Referral Reward Program As Mentioned Below:​

“Referrer” shall mean an existing eligible customer having booked a unit in a Kabra project, and has entered into a registered Agreement to Sell and wishes to introduce/refer another person(s) to book a unit in any of the eligible registered real estate project/s to be developed by Kabra Group or any of its sister concerns/subsidiaries/affiliates (“Kabra Project/s”). ‘Referred’ shall mean the eligible person introduced/referred to by the Referrer and who intends to book one or more units in any of the eligible registered real estate Kabra Project/s and registers an agreement for sale for such unit(s).

Referrer participation in the Referral Reward Program shall be subject to his/her/them producing a copy of a valid and subsisting registered Agreement to Sell executed in his/her/their favor by Kabra.

Referrer shall not be able to refer existing customer(s) of Kabra . Referrer shall not be able to refer customer(s) who has/have in the last three months: (i) either made enquires (in any form, whether by way of site visit or otherwise with Kabra or (ii) is/are already registered with Kabra as a ‘Direct/Walk-in Customer’ or (iii) has/have come through any of the Kabra’s Channel Partner or any other source. Assigning Referral Reward and determining eligibility as to who qualifies as ‘Referrer’ and ‘Referred’ will be at sole discretion of Kabra Group and the same shall not be challenged/contested by the Referrer and/or the Referred at any point of time.

In the event that a referral is submitted twice from different Referrers, then the first referral received will be eligible for the Reward (subject to other applicable terms herein) and shall not be disputed by the other Referrers.

Referrals are not valid where the Referrer and the Referred party are one and the same person.

Referrals will be valid for three months from the date a person/party is ‘Referred’ unless such person/party has paid any booking amount to Kabra within the said period of three months.

By accepting our terms and conditions, both Referrer and Referred represent that they have the authority to disclose the name and details of the person or business to Kabra.

Subject to the terms mentioned herein, the reward points will be paid to the Referrer within 90 (ninety) days from the date of registration of the agreement for sale by the Referred party. The reward points will be redeemed in the form of gift vouchers having value and a validity period with applicable terms and conditions.

This Referral Reward Program cannot be clubbed with any other offer /scheme, whether run by the Kabra Group or otherwise.

Referrer who are Kabra employees working either in marketing, sales or CRM departments/team will not be eligible for participating in this Referral Reward Program and accordingly shall not be entitled for any reward.

The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time. Kabra Group will intimate the same to the Referrer. This program may be terminated at the discretion of Kabra Group.

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

By referring the customer has provided the consent to receive messages, emails and any other form of communication from Kabra Group, for the purposes of the programs and offers on the Kabra Elite Circle App. In the event the customer wishes to withdraw their consent, they may send an email with the subject “Cancel Kabra Elite Circle Registration’ on the following email id contact@kabragroup.net .

Please note that upon consent being withdrawn, the customer’s Kabra Elite Circle account will be deleted.
Terms and Conditions for Rewards Redemption Program

General Terms​
Eligibility:

Only users who are eligible under the rewards program can redeem vouchers. The eligibility is based on the criteria set by the platform, and the rewards are non-transferable.
Non-Monetary Rewards:

The rewards offered through the program do not have any cash equivalent or monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any form of compensation.
Limited Availability:

Rewards are subject to availability. The platform reserves the right to substitute rewards with similar items of equal or greater value if necessary.
Redemption Process​
Single Redemption:

Users can redeem only one voucher per reward session unless otherwise stated. Once the voucher is selected, it cannot be replaced with another voucher.
Confirmation:

Upon successful redemption, users will receive a confirmation email or message, including the details of their selected vouchers(s) and an estimated delivery timeline.

Reward Redemption and Voucher Code Responsibility​

Upon successful redemption of rewards by the customer, an email and SMS containing the voucher code and redemption instructions will be sent to the customer’s registered contact details. The security and confidentiality of the voucher code are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kabra Group shall not be held liable for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized use of the voucher code arising from the customer’s failure to adequately safeguard it. Please note that Kabra Group does not store or retain voucher codes; therefore, it is the customer’s duty to ensure that the code, once received, is not disclosed or accessible to any unauthorized party.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements
Cancellations by User:

Once a reward is redeemed and confirmed, users cannot cancel or modify their selection. Please ensure that you have reviewed your selection carefully before confirming.
Cancellations by the Platform:

The platform reserves the right to cancel any redemption in case of fraud, abuse, or other violations of the terms. In such cases, no alternative reward or compensation will be provided.
Refunds:

Since rewards are provided as part of a loyalty program with no monetary value, no refunds or credits will be issued for redeemed products.
Program Changes and Termination

Program Modifications:

The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time without notice. This includes changes to the availability of rewards, eligibility criteria, and other program features.
Termination:

In the event of program termination, users will be given reasonable notice to redeem any outstanding rewards. After the termination date, any unredeemed rewards will expire and be forfeited.
User Responsibilities

Account Security:

Users must ensure the security of their account and must not share their account details with third parties. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized redemptions made through compromised accounts.
Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the program shall be resolved through the courts of Mumbai’s Jurisdiction.
